Standardised information on withdrawal

In accordance with the applicable legal provisions, you have the right to withdraw from this contract without giving any reason within 14 days. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, physically takes possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Wash&More SARL, 18 Op de Geieren, L-4970 Sprinkange, Luxembourg, email: info@washandmore.eu) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an unambiguous statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but this is not mandatory.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs arising from the fact that you have chosen a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. The reimbursement will be made using the same means of payment that you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, you will not incur any fees as a result of this reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods.

Return of goods

You must return or hand over the goods at your own expense to Wash&More SARL, 18 Op de Geieren, L-4970 Sprinkange, Luxembourg, without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the 14-day period has expired.

Exclusion of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply in the following cases:

• Products made to customer specifications or personalized;
• Sealed products that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons and have been unsealed after delivery;
• Used products;
• Goods that, after delivery, have been inseparably mixed with other items due to their nature.
