Return Policy

• Return Period: You can return your order within 14 days of receipt.
• Conditions: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags attached. Please include the delivery note or invoice.
• Return Costs: You are responsible for return postage and packaging costs. Items made to order cannot be returned.

Refund

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will refund the purchase amount to the original payment method. Processing can take up to 10 business days.

Exchange

If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order. The exchange process is faster and easier this way.
