1. Introduction

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) govern the contractual relationship between

and any customer placing an order on the company's e-commerce website or in its physical store. By placing an order, the customer unconditionally accepts these GTC.

2. Products

Wash&More SARL offers wholesale and retail sales of car care products and garage equipment. The product images and descriptions displayed on the e-commerce website and in the store are non-binding. Wash&More SARL reserves the right to make minor modifications to the products without prior notice.

3. Orders

Any order placed on the e-commerce website becomes final after confirmation by Wash&More SARL. The automatic recording systems of Wash&More SARL serve as proof of the nature, content, and date of the order. The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided when placing the order (address, contact details, etc.). In case of an error, Wash&More SARL cannot be held responsible for delivery delays or non-delivery of the order.

4. Delivery

• For orders placed via Wash&More SARL's e-commerce website, in-stock items are shipped within 48 hours (working days) following order confirmation.
• Wash&More SARL cannot be held responsible for delivery delays caused by the carrier or for the loss or damage of parcels if the customer has not purchased specific insurance when placing the order.
• Upon receipt of the goods, it is the customer's responsibility to check the condition of the products and immediately notify the carrier of any anomalies (damaged packages, missing products, etc.) on the delivery slip. No subsequent claims will be accepted if this note is not made at the time of delivery.
• In the case of a defective package not reported upon delivery, Wash&More SARL cannot be held liable.

5. Complaints

The customer has a maximum of 14 days from the receipt of the products to file a complaint regarding non-conformity or delivery errors. After this period, no complaints will be accepted.

6. Prices and Payment

Prices are stated in euros and include the VAT applicable in Luxembourg. The product prices do not include shipping costs. The final price is the one indicated at the time of order confirmation. Payment for orders can be made by credit card. The order will only be shipped after full payment has been received.

The amount for the ordered goods will be charged at the time of the order and payment via the selected payment method (e.g., credit card). Payment is processed immediately after the order is completed, before the goods are shipped. If the shipment of goods is delayed, the payment remains completed.

7. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with applicable law, the customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the products, without providing reasons or incurring penalties. To exercise this right, the customer must notify Wash&More SARL in writing and return the products unused and in their original packaging. Return costs are borne by the customer. The refund will be issued within a maximum of 14 days after receiving the returned products.

8. Warranties

Wash&More SARL commits to complying with the legal warranties on conformity and hidden defects as provided by law. Defective or non-conforming products must be returned with proof of purchase, and Wash&More SARL will repair, replace, or refund them in accordance with legal provisions.

9. Protection of Personal Data

Wash&More SARL is committed to protecting its customers' personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The information collected during orders is strictly necessary for processing and delivering the products and for invoicing. Customers' personal data will not be shared with third parties without prior consent. Customers have the right to access, correct, and delete their personal data. 10. Disputes

These GTC are governed by Luxembourg law. In the event of a dispute, the customer is invited to contact Wash&More SARL to attempt to reach an amicable solution. If no amicable solution is found, the competent courts will be those of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg.

11. Conclusion

Wash&More SARL reserves the right to modify these GTC at any time. The applicable GTC are those in effect at the time of ordering. Without prior notice. Only the online version is considered valid and currently applicable.
